Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at msluxury1110@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items  
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear proof (images or video). We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items  
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items  
- Gift cards  
- Personal care products  
- Customized or special order items  

Exchanges  
To exchange an item, first return the original product. Once approved, you can place a new order.

Refunds  
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer (for COD orders).
